服務性質
Yevli 提供日常健康與生活紀錄、趨勢說明及提醒工具，不是醫療器材，也不提供診斷、治療或緊急服務。AI 內容可能不完整或不準確，使用者必須自行確認資料，並在需要時諮詢醫療專業人員。
帳號與年齡
免費核心功能不要求登入。Plus 與跨裝置服務使用 Apple 登入。你必須年滿 13 歲，並對帳號及裝置的安全負責。
訂閱與免費試用
- Yevli Plus 提供月費與年費自動續訂方案；你所在地的實際價格與幣別以 Apple 購買畫面為準。
- 符合 Apple 資格的年費新訂閱者可取得 7 天免費試用。同一 Apple 帳號在 Yevli Plus 訂閱群組中只能使用一次試賣優惠。
- 試用結束後，年費方案會自動續訂並由 Apple 扣款，除非你在試用或目前訂閱期間結束至少 24 小時前於 Apple 訂閱設定取消。
- 付款、取消、退款與帳務由 Apple 處理。刪除 Yevli App 或帳號不會自動取消 Apple 訂閱。
Plus 與 AI 限額
Plus 功能與雲端文字摘要可能設有合理限制，以維持服務安全與成本。營養標示、InBody 與健身課表照片只用裝置端 Apple Vision 辨識，沒有圖片 AI 額度，也不會上傳照片。文字摘要設有有限額度。我們會在重大調整前提供適當說明。
可接受使用
你不得嘗試繞過訂閱、文字摘要限額、其他安全措施，不得濫用好友邀請或上傳違法、侵權或與功能無關的內容。
服務變更與責任
我們會合理維護服務，但無法保證所有裝置、網路或第三方服務永不中斷。在法律允許範圍內，Yevli 不對因把 App 內容當作醫療建議、輸入錯誤資料或第三方平台中斷所造成的損失負責。

Terms of Use
Nature of the service
Yevli provides everyday health and lifestyle tracking, trend explanations and reminder tools. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or emergency services. AI content may be incomplete or inaccurate; verify your data and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
Account and age
Core free features do not require sign-in. Plus and connected services use Sign in with Apple. You must be at least 13 and are responsible for securing your account and devices.
Subscriptions and free trial
- Yevli Plus offers monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. The Apple purchase sheet shows the binding local price and currency.
- Eligible new annual subscribers receive a seven-day free trial. Each Apple account may redeem only one introductory offer within the Yevli Plus subscription group.
- After the trial, the annual plan renews automatically through Apple unless cancelled in Apple subscription settings at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current period.
- Apple handles payment, cancellation and refunds. Deleting Yevli or your Yevli account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Plus and AI limits
Plus features and cloud text summaries may have reasonable usage limits. Nutrition-label, InBody and workout-plan photos are recognized only on device with Apple Vision; there is no image-AI quota and photos are not uploaded. Text summaries remain finite.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass subscriptions, text-summary quotas, other safeguards; misuse invitations; or upload unlawful, infringing or unrelated content.
Changes and responsibility
We take reasonable steps to maintain Yevli but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability across every device, network or third-party service. To the extent permitted by law, Yevli is not responsible for loss caused by treating app content as medical advice, inaccurate user input or third-party outages.
